Meeting Times

I would love the opportunity to meet you! My standard meeting times are listed on my calendly app. - click the “Schedule a Time to Meet” button to view the options. Meetings are an hour long. I start with an introductory time together (no charge for this). That’s a time to discern whether I can be of assistance to you. Assuming we agree to move forward, please only make one appointment a week (unless we first discuss the matter), and only make up to, but not exceeding, 4 appointments at a time. I’m open to meeting more if we agree our times are proving helpful. I am also able to take a limited number of commitments outside of the calendly options; please email me to request. Meeting Places

I meet with people in the lobby of the WeWork building at 515 N. State St. (Northeast corner of Grand and State). This is a comfortable setting for a visit. Any need for a hospital visit or other special visits can be coordinated through email. Love to be there for you however possible. Meeting Fees

It is a joy to offer chaplain services to our community. NO FEE FOR THE FIRST MEETING. This will give us a chance to meet, talk, and discern whether it’s a good fit and whether we both think I might be able to offer some help. After the first meeting, my fee is $125 a session thereafter. I receive payment through Venmo, Zelle, or a credit card. I offer a need based sliding scale. Please email me if there’s a special need. Confidentiality Agreement: As a Chicago work/life community chaplain, I respect the privacy of our conversations. All information shared during our meetings will be kept confidential, except as required by law or when there is a clear and immediate danger to yourself or others. Nature of Support: The support provided by the community chaplain is not a substitute for professional psychological counseling, legal advice, or medical treatment. If such professional assistance is needed, I will do my best to refer you to the appropriate resources. Emergency Situations: In cases of immediate danger or emergencies, please contact 911 or your local emergency services. My role as a community chaplain is to provide support and guidance, not emergency services. Acknowledgment: By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the nature of the support provided, the confidentiality agreement, and agree to the terms outlined above. You also acknowledge that our meeting does not constitute a legally binding agreement for chaplaincy care and that either party may discontinue the meetings at any time.
